• Account data: Email address and authentication provider (Google, Discord, GitHub, or email/password) used to create your account.
• Usage data: Texture generation prompts, generated images, credit usage, and subscription status.
• Payment data: Subscription and billing information is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
• Session data: A session token stored in localStorage to enforce our single concurrent session policy.
• Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the texture generation service
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription
• To enforce our single concurrent session security policy
• To process billing through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy)
• To display community-shared textures in the public library (only if you opt in)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve service performance and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your texture prompts or generated images to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — Authentication, database storage, and file hosting
• FAL AI — AI model inference for texture generation
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and subscription management

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies and localStorage entries necessary to operate the service — specifically, authentication session tokens and your single-session security token. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Account and texture data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and generated textures are deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability (receiving your data in a structured format)
